Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Couples will follow a nine-on, three-off cycle initially, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee household routines and budgeting, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires two-spouse, legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to certify to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
