Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and arranging Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent after initial rotation. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Centerville/Utah for initial phase; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, life and disability coverage, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/meal benefits. Requirements include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
