Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement into a stable home alongside the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, age 27+ for both spouses, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and ability to lead faith-based activities within Judeo-Christian services.
