Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and daily routines for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students in their home.
