Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home while continuing to live with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Willingness to reside in on-campus student homes as part of a two-person couple
Desired Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Household must be smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans
- Certification to drive student vans required
