Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus in student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and lead activities, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, both spouses aged 27+, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and housing/meal support.
