Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents operating as a two-person, full-time on-campus role reside in student homes in Hershey, PA or Coleman, TX, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, and will transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided and salary per person is $44,768 (total for a couple ≈ $168,000), with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two-year married status for both spouses, minimum age 27 for both spouses, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; limited number of dependent children and other campus guidelines apply.
