Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Residents live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a consistent Houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications include being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; total compensation per couple approximates $168,000 including housing and meals.
