Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus in student homes and jointly care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The role involves daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Houseparents lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group.
