Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: married couples reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning initially between multiple homes to a placed home. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership for at least two years, age 27+ for both spouses, and suitability to work and live on a campus with youth; on-campus housing and meals provided while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples
- Commitment to comfortable living on a campus with youth
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Ability to reside and work in campus environment
- Willingness to participate in paid relocation and training
