Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
