Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes near Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with potential certification to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses aged 27+). Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits and paid training. The position is full-time and on-campus with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual long-term placement in a single student home.
