Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, routines management, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership in devotions and Chapel. The role evolves from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Requires two-person married couple, both spouses age 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and experience working with youth; ability to lift 50 lbs; compliance with smoke-free and weapon-free campus rules; ability to lead devotions and participate in Sunday Chapel; and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA or Martin, KY areas.
