Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple sought to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and supervision, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. Initially scheduled for nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older; up to three dependent children allowed in the student home; strict adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; willingness to lead students in devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
