Job Summary
Two-person married couple on-campus Houseparents responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a structured, family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and handling budgeting and reporting. Initially following a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation includes $44,768 per person annually plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
