Houseparents to live on campus in Hershey, PA, as a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple supervising 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
