Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a full-time, two-person couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreation activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must apply individually
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel attendance
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
