Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents, two-person married couple, reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students). Responsibilities include supervising/mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Work pattern starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary per person $44,768 with comprehensive benefits, plus relocation assistance and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; both spouses must apply individually and be married at least two years.
