Job Summary
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent model living with the same student group. The role includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary is per person with total compensation for a couple around $180,000, plus free housing and meals on duty. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
