Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School are a two-person, married-couple, Full-time Flex Houseparent team residing on-campus to supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle across multiple student homes, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
