Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent team resides on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
