Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA as Full-time Flex Houseparents, caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes and transitions to a placed houseparent with a consistent home assignment.
