Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes: married couples reside with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development-focused engagement. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, reporting, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Required Qualifications
