Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initially support multiple homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home; requires relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Two-year married status for both spouses
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
