Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple sought to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating daily routines and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Compensation is provided per person with relocation assistance included, plus comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; must be a legally married couple at least two years married and both spouses must be 27 or older. The role emphasizes mentorship, responsibility for budgets and household reporting, and a faith-based component aligned with campus routines.
