Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent while living with the same group of students. The role requires being a legally married two-person team, ready to relocate to Hershey, PA area, with a focus on youth development, family-style caregiving, and adherence to campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Two-spouse couple required to apply independently

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Two-person role for couples
- On-campus housing with 9 on / 3 off schedule
