Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time two-person Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routine management, medication administration, transportation to activities, development and recreational planning, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
