Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home in Goodyear, AZ, for a two-person married couple role. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with a consistent student group. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance provided; compensation is $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and housing. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
