Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, and engage in activities that foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with continued on-site responsibilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to campus conduct policies, including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no-alcohol requirements. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years, with applicants aged 27 or older.
