Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and relocation assistance with paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum (two-person role)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
