Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus-based, on-site student-home setting. Couples reside in on-campus homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of ~8–13 students, including managing routines, medications, transportation to activities, scheduling, and leading devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off rotation, later transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth; must be a legally married two-person couple at least 27 years old.
