Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Duties include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; managing daily routines, medications, and student schedules; driving students to activities; planning and leading developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel; budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment.
