Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, located on campus in Hershey, PA, residing in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-year legally married status for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
Additional Requirements
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Must be a two-person, married couple for the role
- On-campus housing provided; residency in on-campus student homes is expected
