Job Summary
Houseparents — Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 youth, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitions to a placed houseparent role with same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a legally married couple aged 27+ with at least two years of marriage.

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proficiency in leading devotions and chapel services
- Relocation required to Hershey, PA
