Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in Waxahachie, TX, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on, three-off duty cycle with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires on-campus residence, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older; family constraints apply (no more than three dependent children in the home). For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
