Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition later to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own student home.
