Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duties to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
