Job Summary
Two-person, full-time on-campus Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, living in student homes and supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support, including administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role follows a nine days-on: three days-off schedule initially, with progression to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home, and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
