Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Eligible couples receive relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; the role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must apply individually.
