Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in an on-campus home; manage routines, medications, transportation to activities, and developmentally appropriate activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and reporting; nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a stable student-home setting. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; compensation is $44,768 per person (~$168,000 per couple) with housing and meals on duty.”,
