Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from flexible housing assignments to a stable placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Hours follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with eventual placement in a fixed home.
