Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in student homes and supervise/mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and generating household reports. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, lifting up to 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and eligibility for a two-year-married-couple, 27+ years per spouse arrangement. This role is a two-person couple position with both spouses completing individual applications.
