Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role based on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and development-focused activities for approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotional leadership, and budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a persistent Houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student vans), and a legally married two-year spouse pairing aged 27+, with up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
