Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagement. Manage budgets and household reporting, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student group after initial rotation. Requires a married couple (ages 27+, two years together) with youth experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time flex schedule includes nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time. Salary is $46,917 per person, including free housing, meals, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
