Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead daily devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires married couples residing on campus for nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent position with a specific student group. Both spouses must complete individual applications, hold a valid driver's license, and meet age and experience requirements to serve this unique, life-changing career at Milton Hershey School.
