Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate and organized, committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on students’ social and emotional growth, character development, and daily routines.
