Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School’s campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. They support students’ daily routines and social/emotional growth, model positive values and life skills, supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
