Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and helping children develop life skills and values.
