Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise daily routines, support students’ social-emotional growth, and model positive values while fostering a sense of community. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and promoting a nurturing home environment that supports students’ development and wellbeing. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with the ability to positively impact children’s lives.
