Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to appointments, and manage household cleanliness, safety, and budgeting. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff and teachers. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department. Candidates must demonstrate cultural competence, patience, and a commitment to the school's mission while living on campus in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
